Holocaust Museum near Newark

We will be leaving my house (222 Northgate Cottingham) at 8.30 and the MKM Stadium at 9 am.
There will be a slight alteration in the plans unfortunately, but I hope that I have solved the problem.
The museum has been having work done on the building and it is not quite finished so the café area and the place where we were going to be able to eat our packed lunch, is not available. You will be able to buy a coffee on arrival but it will be in a ‘take out’ type of cup. The conducted tour will be as planned, and the gardens will be open too. Usually when they do a block booking – that’s it!!! But you will each receive a voucher that will allow you to return – free of charge – during the next year.
SO!!! I have arranged is for us to see the museum and then go on to a local country pub.
This is the FOX at Kirton. This has been highly recommended by the museum, and I have booked us in for a leisurely lunch at 1.00 pm.
This will give us plenty of time to view everything beforehand.
Obviously, with 44 people – we need to pre-book our food. .
I have selected a few light bites, but don’t hesitate to look at the full menu.
You will have your own ’TAB’ on the day. Hope this makes sense.
